Packaging and Loading- The Client is responsible for properly packaging and securing the Goods for transportation. - The Company reserves the right to refuse to transport Goods that are not properly packaged or secured.

Transportation and Delivery- The Company will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Goods within the estimated timeframe. - Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. - The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Goods are received and signed for by an authorized person.
5. Cancellation and Charges
Cancellation and Changes- The Client must give 20 business days written notice, Cancellation fees will apply 20% of the load cost. fixed term contracts may not be cancelled until services and contract has ended - The Company reserves the right to cancel the Services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
